the process
You are welcome to inquire about customizing a design from our curated collection, or we can join forces to craft a truly unparalleled and distinctive creation.
The tailor-made design journey, from the initial concept to the ultimate realization, generally takes 3 to 6 weeks.
Visual experience
To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a highly visual experience. This includes sending you videos showcasing the gemstones you can choose from, providing 3D sketches, and even showing you a video of the final piece before it is shipped from our studio.
how we start
To start the 3D mockup process, we first arrange a Zoom meeting with our designer, Danielle, to discuss your requirements in detail and agree on a final budget. Once you decide to move forward, a $500 down payment will be required to begin designing and building the 3D mockups. The amount of the deposit will be subtracted from the bespoke piece's total price.
