Warranty & Insurance

Warranty:

The Warranty period is 2 years for Fine jewelry and 6 months for Fashion Jewelry.

During the Warranty period, we’ll take care of your product for any damage to the product.

Please contact us and we’ll instruct you how to send the product back to us. After getting the product we will either send you a replacement or fix the problem.

The warranty does not cover scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to the product done by a third party.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.

Jewelry Insurance:

Although we craft each piece to be worn for a lifetime, with meticulous attention to every detail, protecting your fine jewelry is always worthwhile.

Our designs feature precious diamonds and gemstones, including emeralds, which are naturally more delicate due to their unique internal characteristics. Because of this, jewelry benefits from thoughtful protection over time.

3rd party insurance offers peace of mind by ensuring that if your piece is ever lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised, its value can be restored or replaced without worry.

Gemstones & Diamonds - Warranty Exclusions:

Our jewelry is made with uncompromising attention to detail and is crafted to the highest standards, ensuring lasting beauty and quality. However, please note that gemstones and diamonds are naturally delicate.

Chips, cracks, fractures, or the loss of a center stone are not covered under our warranty, as such events occur when external impact or force is applied (for example, accidental knocks or contact with a third party).
