The Warranty period is 5 years for Fine jewelry, and 1 year for Fashion Jewelry.

During the Warranty period, we’ll take care of your product for any damage to the product.

Please contact us and we’ll instruct you how to send the product back to us. After getting the product we will either send you a replacement or fix the problem.

The warranty does not cover scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to the product done by a third party. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repair requests.
