Customs and Duty Charges
Prices presented at the web site usually include the relevant local VAT.
We perform worldwide payment through GLOBAL-E, a trusted third-party company. Global-E usually collects the relevant local VAT during the check-out process and presents it to the customer in the receipt, so that customer does not need deal with it when the package goes through customs. Global-E will transfer the VAT to the local authorities. Global-E uses DHL for actual shipping worldwide.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction with Danielle Gerber jewelry is our top priority! A refund can be made up to 14 days from the date of the delivery of the products for items from the Fashion collection ONLY. As long as the jewelry has not been worn and are in their original purchased condition, including all product documentation.
Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.
In any cases of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our wearhouse.

Ring Sizes & Custom orders
All gold rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each ring is made to order accordingly to your requested size.
Gold Items Cancellations
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done.
The Danielle Gerber family strives for the highest customer service and wants all customers to be happy satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is crafted by hand to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns or exchanges on gold items. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email email@example.com for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order.
